The selling service is designed so you can be confidence when parting with your luxury and designer items. Leveraging years of expertise in the reselling industry, we offer guidance and support throughout the selling process. Our platform, both in-store and online, provides a space to showcase your items.

We take pride in offering in-house and reputable third-party authentication services, ensuring a secure experience for both buyers and sellers. Drawing on our wealth of knowledge, experience, and industry contacts, we assist you in determining the optimal value for your item, ensuring a fair price for both seller and buyer.

Items are sold on consignment (sale or return) so there are no upfront fees, and we are committed to find your item a new home swiftly. Selling with us is a streamlined and hassle-free process.

We operate on a consignment basis (sale or return). We'll provide guidance on whether your item is suitable for our selling service, price fairly for both seller & buyer, and showcase your item.

When your item sells, we'll deduct a sales commission from the sale. Once your item has been sold, and your payout is due, we will contact you.

Payouts can be processed through either a bank transfer, cash or gift voucher.

If you opt to be paid in gift vouchers you will receive an addition 10% on top of your payout. Gift vouchers are sent digitally and are valid for 24 months.

If, unfortunately, your item doesn't find a buyer, we will inform you. You can choose to collect your item of have it donated.

For these items to be eligible, they should be in excellent condition, reflect current styles, and typically have retailed for over £100. Alternatively, we welcome items made from premium fabrics such as cashmere, silk, wool, etc., or those that stand out as unique pieces.

Our preloved selection consists of items personally handpicked for their style and quality. Our selling service exclusively features designer, luxury, and occasionally high-end items, which are presented alongside our own curated Handpicked preloved collection.

For high-end and high-street brands, we look for quality and well-made items in excellent condition and current styles. Typically, these items would have retailed at over £100 or be crafted from premium fabrics such as cashmere, silk, wool, etc. We may consider items from high-end brands including but not limited to:

These are just a few examples, and we're open to considering other high-quality brands that align with our commitment to style and excellence. If you have any questions about specific brands, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to provide further guidance.

Clothing should meet the following criteria:

  • Freshly washed and pressed
  • Free from stains, marks, wear, bobbling, pulls, or damage
  • Free from any odours, such as smoke or perfume
  • Branding labels and care labels intact

Shoes are expected to be:

  • New or lightly worn
  • Soles should be clean and free of excessive wear
  • Clear indication of sizing and brand

Bags and accessories should be:

  • Clean and empty
  • Free from any damage, limited wear, marks, or scuffs

Please note that we do not offer a washing, mend, or cleaning service. Items that have been in storage need to be washed, cleaned, and/or aired to ensure they are free from any odours. Our dedication to quality ensures that our customers can enjoy their purchases without any reservations about the condition of their preloved items.

Once your item sells and funds become available we will let you know via email.

This can take between 7-30 days from the sale of an item.

You will be paid in cash, bank transfer or gift vouchers - you decided.

If you opt to be paid in gift vouchers you will receive an addition 10% on top of your payout amount. Gift vouchers are sent digitally and valid for 24 months.

If you are selling a luxury item with a resale value exceeding £500, we will contact you after inspecting the item to discuss the selling price and commission. We thoroughly research each item to ensure fairness to both the seller and buyer. Factors such as desirability, demand, brand, style, and original retail price influence our pricing.

For all other items, we do not provide price confirmations or advice except for luxury items reselling at over £500, due to the high demand for our selling service. We encourage you to visit our shop, review our pricing, and use it as a guideline for your expectations. If you have a specific price in mind, please discuss it with us when you drop off your items.

Typically we keep an item for up to 90 days.

Towards the end of this selling timeframe, we might reach out to discuss your item and evaluate the selling period. Sometime great items require a little more time to find their new home. But don't worry, they are in great hands with us!

The commission rate is influenced by several factors, including:

  • The resale price of your item
  • The desirability of your item
  • The condition of your item

Typically, the commission is 50% for everyday items.

For items with a resale value of over £500, or for luxury & sort after items commission is between 30-50%.

Items may be sold both in-store at our Penrith location and online through our website. Please note that due to the large volume of items, we're unable to feature everything online or accommodate specific requests for website additions. The selection on our website is at our discretion. Additionally, we may utilise other third-party platforms for sales, also subject to our discretion. While we would love to offer every item online, curating our collection is time-consuming. Rest assured, we carefully choose where to showcase items to maximise their chance of finding a new home.

Unsold Items:
We will contact you if your item does not sell to arrange collection or donation.

Change of Mind:
If you decide not to proceed with selling your item, that's perfectly fine. It's important to note that your item may have already been sold, as we only notify you about sold items when your payout is due. If you change your mind, please get in touch, and we can coordinate the collection of your unsold item. We do request a 48-hour notice period, and kindly ask that you do not simply walk in and remove your item from the shop floor. This procedure ensures we can de-list your item from all platforms and maintain accurate records.
